Important Things to Know
We are thrilled that you have reached out to us, but we want to make sure there are no misunderstandings between us Batches. We want to be friends forever! So as it may be, not interesting, please read the following information:
Payments
For orders over $500, a 50% booking fee (nonrefundable) is requested in order to secure your order. For orders with a booking fee, full payment is required ten (10) days prior to the date needed. If your order is placed within the five (5) days, full payment (nonrefundable) is required to confirm the order.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and delivery time whenever possible. If you need to make changes to your order and delivery time three (3) days prior, 50% of your order will be credited to another date of choice depending on availability.
